It displays comforting scents of lemon sugar cookies gently folded into a nutty, vanillin roux of butterscotch, pineapple and toast. The mid-palate conveys caramel-coated yellow apple, pineapple, and ripe pear flavors rising above a core of silk-petal acidity. Scattered throughout the lengthy finish you’ll discover faint suggestions of sautéing butter and toasty crème brûlée followed by a glimpse of gossamer, clove-like spices.
