The 2011 Cabernet Sauvignon is an elegant, medium-bodied red featuring the subtle dried fruit, earth and tobacco aromas of a right bank Bordeaux. Dried plum and wild forest berry aromas meld with hints of licorice and wispy scents of autumn leaves burning in the distance. Silky tannins support refined red and black stone fruit flavors laced with a sprinkling of fresh crushed peppercorn. Dried plum and cherry flavors are complimented by barrel toast, cigar leaf and translucent notes of stony minerals that roll out in a lingering finish.
